Nestled in a grove of magnolias and pine trees, this plantation style home on one of the largest lots fits nine. The patio looks out to the vast state park. Walking paths wind by two pools, a tennis court and children's play area. Enjoy the feeling of privacy while still be only steps away from all the action of 30A.

The Italian washed cabinetry in the kitchen hosts an island seating four. Ten-foot ceilings create roominess in this first floor entertainment space. Pull out the pocket doors in an adjacent TV sitting area and create an additional guest space with the sofa sleeper.

The front master bedroom offers a private screened porch perfect for viewing the nature that surrounds it. With more foliage views, the en suite has a jetted tub. The guest rooms finish off this top floor with a Jack and Jill bathroom that overlook the back forest.

We will keep the card on file in case of damage to the property or a violation of the rental agreement.     Everything about this home was perfect! There were five of us... then three more when our son, daughter-in-love, and new granddaughter joined us for 4 days. The second living room with the pocket doors served as a fourth bedroom for teenage son, and the outdoor shower (fully enclosed) served him well. ;) The kitchen has #AllTheThings: drip coffeemaker, french press, espresso machine, blender, microwave, and large fridge. The grill out back was ready to fire up and cooked like a charm; the chiminea was great for s'mores. Both community pools were beautiful and an easy bike ride. It rained every morning the first three days and sitting on the back screened porch with a cup of coffee, listening to the rain on the tin roof was delightful.

    The location was perfect: easy access to Seaside; right around the corner from Watercolor Publix; Redbox right down the road at Tom Thumb; easy excursions to Rosemary Beach, The Hub, Grayton Beach, Miramar, Destin, et. al. It felt like we were in the heart of everything, but out of the hustle and bustle.

    Seriously didn't want to leave... so we extended our stay a day and made ourselves at home one extra day.

    Oversee was amazingly reception, helpful, and attentive.

    This property was everything we hoped for. The location was great; we could walk to the pool and ride bikes to the beach and Seaside. The home also was very clean and had everything we needed.

    Nice location and close to a pool. Comfortable Accommodations. The trek to the beach was longer than anticipated; however, the beach access was convenient since it was right across from the neighborhood. House was a little worn, ie., stains on carpets. Loved the little extras of having a fire pit, gas grill and bikes!

    I've rented in this neighborhood for several years and love it. This house was nice and spacious for our group, but I would suggest a few updates to make it more enjoyable. Most importantly: master bedroom mattress and bed need replacing. Very unsupportive mattress and bed squeaks every time you move an inch. Second: Need fewer dinky accent tables and decorative items that just get in the way and are potential dangerous (chocking hazard rocks on tray with candle / heavy glass or cyrstal decanter on rickety bar) and replace with more substantial furniture particularly mudroom type storage near entry for beach gear that guests inevitably will have (benches / tables on front porch were rusted, preventing us from using them to hang towels, etc.) and a normal size dresser for guests in the master bedroom. Third: please remove telephones -- I don't want to hear or be woken (or have my toddler woken) by a phone ringing -- cell phones are exclusive. Finally: the kitchen cabinets are in bad shape - the rollers on often used trash can felt like they might give up any time we opened it. In sum, I loved this vacation and the house could be great, but it needs some updating. For the price and location, I don't regret staying there but would warn people of these issues if I were telling them about the house. These issues are not any worse than other houses we've stayed in in this neighborhood -- its not brand new construction, but some common sense updates and keeping in mind the wear and tear on any rental would make it much more enjoyable.

    We had a wonderful weekend get away at Magnolia Breeze. The house is nicely decorated and the layout worked perfectly for us. We also enjoyed the location and used the bicycles everyday to visit the beach. Use the public beach access with the parking lot when you go for the day with all your beach toys.

    Magnolia Breeze was the perfect house for our girls last High School Spring Break! Everything was perfect. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to the beach. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. I will be back very soon!!!
