135 May Drive is located on a quiet street and tucked away between the tall pines south of 30A in Seagrove Beach. Guests will find themselves in close proximity to the beach and one of the areas rare coastal dune lakes.

There are accommodations for nine starting with the first floor bunk room for kids and a sleeper sofa in living room. The second-floor has a king master and queen guest room, both with full baths. The wrap-around screened porch that surrounds both second floor bedrooms is ideal for your morning coffee or an after dinner drink. The third floor loft has a twin daybed and a half bath with two balconies overlooking the treetops.

With such a peaceful location, you will have absolutely no problem relaxing during your stay.

*a 50-percent deposit is due at the time of booking

*we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. If you chose to pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover a 3% convenience fee is factored into the quote. If you chose to pay with an Amex, a 1% Amex convenience fee will be added to the booking during the confirmation phone call
*if you chose to pay by cash or check, a credit card will still be asked for during the booking process. We will keep the card on file in case of damage to the property or a violation of the rental agreement. Your card will not be run prior to a confirmation phone call, during which, you may ask to pay by cash or check
*if check-in is within 60 days, we allow three business days to receive payment prior to cancelling the booking

    This three story home was a delight for my family and another family to meet for a weekend. Our young children had a great time at the beach and playing in and around the house. The house is very clean and has a good floor plan. We were not able to take advantage of the open, screened in porches, but it would have certainly been a delight. The kitchen allowed us to stay in for several meals and the walk to the beach wasn't too far away. We did have wagons to carry our beach gear and kids, which made it much easier. Due to having young children and no babysitters, we did not take the bikes out but that was a nice feature. The only downside to this location is the road you use to get to the house. If it rains, there are many pot holes that fill with water. One day we waded through ankle deep water walking to the beach and another day one adult friend slipped in the mud / clay stubbing her toe very badly. It was a little treacherous with young children but we managed.

    The one night we went out to eat was fantastic. Old Florida Fish House. The sushi was awesome! Plus, the restaurant is just down the road.

    I would consider staying here again in the future.

    Extremely well kept. Layout is perfect for multiple couples or families of all ages. Very conducive to conversation & play. Fully equipped kitchen. Great entertainment is latest electronics, tv's, quick internet acces. Spacious rooms from bedrooms to living area and porches. Amazing deal for the money. Will stay here every time we come back to FL which is often. Great comfortable experience.

    Our stay started off Saturday with every single toilet clogged. A quick call to the rental company and the plumber came the next morning. The rental company was very quick to respond and was very apologetic. We had 6 people staying in the house and that was quite interesting, we got to know the Tom Thumb gas station very well. The kitchen was missing a few things like a can opener(we bought one and just left it there) and a 9x13 baking pan. The water heater did not allow all 6 people to have hot water wile showering so we had to take showers in shifts. Other than those few things we had a wonderful time at this home. The house is nicely decorated and the furniture comfortable. We loved the screened porches and the view from the 3rd floor deck. The house is surrounded by trees and we loved all the shade this provided. Even though it was too cold for the pool, it would be nice to have in the summer and not too far from the house. We loved the fact that the house had 3 bikes. We used those daily to ride to the beach and also to Seaside which is only 2 miles away. We overall really enjoyed this house and would definitely stay here again.
