12 Milestone Dr C is a brand new two-bedroom townhome located north of 30A in the upscale community of Prominence. This new community offers a resort style pool complete with private cabanas, outdoor grills, fitness center and is an easy bike ride to Alys Beach, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. If you are looking for a place to bring the family for dinner or just relax and listen to local musicians, you won’t have to go far. The Hub is the newest destination on 30A for food, drink and entertainment and is directly across the street.

If you choose to dine in, the gourmet kitchen with brand new, high-end appliances and cookware is the perfect place. While meals are being prepared guest can enjoy their favorite show or sporting event on the large flat screen TV in the family room.

After enjoying what the emerald coast has to offer, 12 Milestone Dr C will provide your family with a peaceful retreat. This 2nd floor townhouse accommodates up to 6. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom while the guest room has queen bed with access to the porch that overlooks the community.

Booking:
*a 50-percent deposit is due at the time of booking
*deposits are fully refundable if cancelled at least 60 days prior to your arrival
*the remaining payment is due 60 days prior to your stay
*we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. If you chose to pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover a 3% convenience fee is factored into the quote. If you chose to pay with an Amex, a 1% Amex convenience fee will be added to the booking during the confirmation phone call
*if you chose to pay by cash or check, a credit card will still be asked for during the booking process. We will keep the card on file in case of damage to the property or a violation of the rental agreement. Your card will not be run prior to a confirmation phone call, during which, you may ask to pay by cash or check
*if check-in is within 60 days, we allow three business days to receive payment prior to cancelling the booking

    This was a great rental! It was so clean & the decor was fresh & beachy! It is right across from the Hub, restaurants, music & outdoor area. It's also right by the pool. The Deer lake beach access is an easy bike ride away. Or a quick drive which is what we did since we have 3 small kids & wanted to be able to pull our wagon full of toys. It was a perfect stay, great location!

    12 milestone c in prominence is a great property.....the actual unit is very nice and oversee rentals provided nice touches like amavida coffee etc....the unit could not have been closer to the pool and was like a 2 minute walk to the Hub. Management was very responsive and helpful. Prominence will be even better once the construction is complete and there are no loud trucks at 7 am

    We were aware that there was not direct beach access but had a disappointing shuttle experience that was not Oversee's fault.....we Were told by the shuttle driver that they operated at least every hour on the hour by usually more frequently....we arrived at 10:45 and waited until shuttle.....we called the shuttle number and got voicemail and and texted the shuttle number and received a response 45 minutes later so we drove ourselves to the beach....you can also use the state park which is closer but you are required to pay and subject to the rules and hours of the state park

    Our family thoroughly enjoyed the condo's newness and cleanliness. The pool was never crowded and the distance from the beach was not an issue. We simply loaded up the car and went to Deer Lake State Park (right down the road)for a quiet, peaceful beach location for $3/day per car. My only complaint was the dump truck noise right outside our condo. It would start as early as 6 AM and last all day. Because this condo is located on the very end, the trucks would wake us up first thing in the morning. It probably ended around 6 PM. We do plan to return again as we really like this 30A area and these particular condos.

    We had a wonderful vacation! It was our first time at 30A and staying at 12 Milestone Dr C. You definitely want to plan ahead if you have littles. It's too far to ride bikes to the only beach the shuttle will take you to. There is a beach at Dear Lake, but too long of a walk down the pier and no lifeguards! Our best beach day was driving to Seaside, park in the town square parking lot and walk across the street and down the pier behind shops. Rent chairs/umbrella and be right near the water. The condo is decorated beautifully, great AC and patio. The Hub across the street was a lot of fun, overpriced food/drinks, but eat and then go over and listen to some music/watch movies.
