St Tropez is a townhouse located on the south side of 30A in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach with plenty of dining and shopping options. The beach access is only a 250 steps away and you can hear the sounds of the waves from anywhere on the property. If you prefer, you can cool off with a dip in the community pool that is a few steps from the home. There are four decks and a private courtyard that has a gas grill and outdoor shower.

Upon entering the townhouse, you will find yourself in the first floor living area. A washer and dryer is provided on this level for your convenience. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a breakfast bar that extends into the dining area.

The living area offers a large couch that will fit the whole family while watching favorite cable show or movie on the large screen TV after a long day at the beach. The deck off of the living area has ample seating and is perfect for listening to the waves or watching the sunrise with a morning cup of coffee.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and a private balcony that has a view of the gulf. The guest room has a bunk bed with a full-sized bed on the bottom, a twin on the top, and a twin trundle. The guest room also has a flat screen TV and private balcony with Adirondack chairs. Both bedrooms share the hall bath.

    The location is excellent. So close to the beach and restaurants. The rental is older but very clean and well kept. This is a great rental for families.

    This unit is one block away from the Blue Mountain Beach public access, has several restaurants within biking/walking distance. Unit was well stocked (dishes, cookware, 2 bikes, outdoor shower for washing off sand). Several minor inconveniences with the unit, items not kept up well - had to restart the wireless router several times during our stay (Sprint signal was poor so we were relying on wifi), curtain rod falling out of wall, bathrooms had several shades of blue paint patches from repairs, upstairs air circulation is poor - gets stuffy at night. Overall, a good unit in a great location, but could use a few repairs/mods.

    My family had a very pleasant stay at St.Tropez. The location was great, just a short walk to beach access which included bathrooms and a lifeguard on duty. There is a great ice cream shop just down the street as well as a convenient store and a few other business within walking distance. 30-A is the perfect area to bike with safe designated bike lanes. The communal pool was just steps from our rental. Covered parking keeps your vehicle cool during the summer heat. The townhouse was great for our family of four (3 year old and 1 year old).

    Great experience! Condo smelled fresh and clean when we walked in. It was nice to hear music playing and there was local milled soap and local roasted coffee left for us to use. The kitchen equipment was in good shape and clean! We have to cook a lot for our food Allergic child. I was able to park my SUP trailer out of sight under the townhome. I could also fit my Expedition EL under the condo. The location was great as we only walked 1 block to the beach access. There was not a lot of traffic on the road while we were there. There is an ice cream shop 2 blocks away that you could walk to. We ride bikes down the bike path for hours. Grayton Beach State park is close by. The kids and I hiked at the park as they have a great hiking trail there. gBSP is very close by. If you have paddleboards you can put them in at Eastern Lake or Western Lake if the ocean is too rough. Great condo and great location. Would highly recommend!
