The Beach House at 30A is a stunning home located in the family-friendly community of Highland Parks which is nestled in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Highland Parks is host to an impressive resort style pool complete with hot tub, outdoor fire pit, grilling area, TV and an observation tower where you can take in breathtaking views of the area including the Gulf of Mexico.

With accommodations for 8, The Beach House at 30A is the perfect destination for families or small groups. Enjoy TiVO with the sports, kids and movie packages after a long day at the beach or pool. The first level boasts an open concept floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen that is ideal for preparing meals or snacks for the beach and pool. The living area has a 55” flat screen TV and comfortable seating making it a great place to watch your favorite sporting event or movie. There is also one guest room on the first level with a king bed and a shared full bath just off the kitchen.
On the second floor, guests will find three bedrooms. There is a king master suite with a walk in shower and double vanities. The remaining guest rooms on the second floor share the hall bath, with one room having a king bed and the other having 2 twin beds.
During your stay at The Beach House at 30A you get the best of both worlds; the emerald water and sugar sand beaches of South Walton are an easy bike ride away and the resort style amenities offered by Highland Parks is within walking distance. And don’t forget to stop at Blue Mountain Creamery for the best house-made ice cream on 30A. You will not be disappointed.

We will keep the card on file in case of damage to the property or a violation of the rental agreement. Your card will not be run prior to a confirmation phone call, during which, you may ask to pay by cash or check
*if check-in is within 60 days, we allow three business days to receive payment prior to cancelling the booking

    The Beach House At 30A is a beautifully decorated and spacious house. It is very well finished, the beds were comfortable, the living area had lots of seating, and the porches were nice to sit outside. This house is in a new neighborhood with alot of construction throughout. There were trucks up and down the street, and at times they were blocking the way. The pool was delightful. It was large, and the rock islands and palm trees give it a tropical feel. The biggest drawback is that there is absolutely no parking at the pool. The planners made a huge mistake when designing that area of the neighborhood.
