236 Spartina Its conveniently located in WaterColor's Camp District. With 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a carriage house and comfortable accommodations for up to 14 guests, this home is ideal for a family or group getaway. With an astonishing attention to detail and is rich in every amenity you desire including granite countertops, flat screen TV's in every room, and outstanding outdoor space. The welcoming coastal decor will make you feel right at home among the sugar white sand and emerald waters of South Walton.

236 Spartina’s main cottage offers 4 bedrooms on the first floor and main living are on the second floor. On the first floor you will find the king master bedroom with private bath. There is a queen guest bedroom with private bath and access to the front porch. The second queen guest bedroom shares a full bath with the third guest bedroom offering two twin bunks, each with their own flat screen TV.

The second floor of this lovely home is where the heart is. A wide open floor plan will give you all the space you would need to relax. You will find a beautiful kitchen with two custom copper hammered sinks, professional grade appliances and an oversized island with seating for three. Right off the kitchen you will find the dining area boasting a large barn table with seating for 11. Just past the dining area you will find the living area with large sectional couch and two plush chairs with a pair of French doors leading out to a large porch overlooking the park.

The carriage house features a separate living area and bedroom and offers a wonderful spot for guests in your party needing a little extra privacy.

    The house was amazing. We had 9 people, and plenty of space to just hang out. Wish the weather held up better while we were there, but having 236 Spartina and Watercolors to hang out around made up for it. While the pool at Camp Watercolor is under construction, we didn’t have any noise to deal with. The amenity cards and parking passes for the community were also great to have. We spent a few days taking our gear through the Watercolor Inn private entrance and heading down to the beach. When the kids tired out there, having the Watercolor Inn pool close by was fantastic. The house is really in the perfect location and allows for a true beach community experience.

    Overall very nice property in a great community. There is a community pool/playground facility directly across the street; however, it was under a major renovation during our stay and unavailable for use. When finished will be a great asset. There were other public pools in the community that were reasonably close. Bicycles came with the home which is good because car parking in the community (pool, beach, etc.) is limited. Just a 5-10 minute ride to the beach via bicycle. Shopping was handy with a Publix grocery within half a mile. House could have been a little cleaner but overall not a real issue. Oversee management was very responsive and took care of the few minor issues we had immediately. Nice, well maintained community and facilities. In the future I would consider properties managed by Oversee.
