Welcome to 8 Bramble Lane, a cozy beach cottage located in the quaint gated community The Hammocks at Seagrove Beach. The Hammocks is a small community with charming, coastal homes accented with upscale touches, located in the heart of 30A just minutes from Seaside. The Hammocks features two community pools as well as a private nature boardwalk that provides a launch point with access to Western Lake.

Upon entering 8 Bramble Lane you will notice this home is beautifully decorated and inviting. The large chef’s kitchen is outfitted with professional grade appliances and plenty of work space to prepare your favorite family meal. The large farm house dining table has seating for eight and the spacious kitchen island has bar seating for three. The first floor living area offers comfortable seating and flat screen TV.

You will find the king master suite on the first floor with private bath with walk-in shower. A queen guest bedroom is also located on the first floor with shared bath.

As you follow the stairs to the second floor you are greeted by the second living area with wet bar and seating for the whole family. You will find the third and fourth bedrooms off this living area one with a king bed and the other is a bunk room with 4 full beds. Both bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo.

The Hammocks at Seagrove Beach is a short walk, 0.4 miles, to the Scenic 395 Beach Access.
