Welcome to "Villa Del Lago" located on the south side of 30A in the gated community of Camp Creek Lake. This lakeside, home is perfectly located within walking distance to the very private beach and offers a private swimming pool. Multiple outdoor areas with direct lake views make entertaining a breeze. A backyard pathway leads you to your private dock perfect for launching paddleboards and kayaks. This is also an amazing spot to go crabbing!

With expansive windows and a vaulted ceiling, the living area opens to a lake front balcony. The open concept main level allows easy flow from the gourmet kitchen to the comfortable living room. A breakfast area that seats four guests, and the large granite dining island seats six. 

Just a step or two from the main living area is the master bedroom suite with luxurious linens and a fabulous custom tiled master bath. There are two additional guest bedrooms and bathrooms on the main level with an elegantly furnished connecting hallway. 

The first level is home to two guest bedrooms leading to a private lakefront deck with outdoor seating. A custom designed guest bathroom and a laundry room complete the first level space. Parking is provided on the driveway in front of the house. Please note that the garage is not accessible for guest use. 

Bike to Alys, Rosemary and Seaside as well as the Hub for dining, shopping and events.
