No Shoes Required is a beautiful 2 bed 2.5 bath town home just off popular 30a! Located close to the beach in Gulf Place, yet tucked away from the shops and restaurants, overlooking a sparkling community pool. 

The first level of the unit features a dining room with seating for 6. The updated kitchen offers stainless appliances and room to prepare your favorite meal. You will also find a large living area with a queen sleeper sofa and access to the screened patio, a great place to unwind after a long day at the beach.   

The second floor boasts hardwood floors and includes a spacious king master suite with patio and also a lovely queen guest suite.  The third floor loft features two twin beds.

Gulf Place features shops, restaurants, village green, tennis, community pools, and much more! There are three deeded beach accesses plus a public access with restrooms available.

    We stayed 15 days in July 2018 and was a great experience! The house is a good size and very comfortable for a beach house. It Can acomodate 2 families of 4 (each one), easily! The location is excellent! 4 min from the beach! Good restaurant in the area! Pool right at the back porch! Silent and private! No beach view, but pool view, what was ok!

    We've stayed at Gulf Place a number of times and enjoy the convenience of the beach, restaurants and other amenities. The No Shoes Required condo was our first time staying further back from the beach. One of the pools is right out its back door, so that was very nice and convenient. It's still a short walk to the shops and restaurants, but we ended up driving to the front of Gulf Place when going to the beach since we were carrying bags, towels, etc. The unit is nicely finished and clean and met our needs. If you like soft comfy mattresses you'll like these. The digital TV's were nice and large, especially in the master bedroom. We would like to have seen a few more accessories in the kitchen and amenities in the way of some books, puzzles and homey decorating. Overall a good property and a good location to enjoy a 30A experience.

    Wonderful experience. Super quiet, clean and spacious condo near everything. Loved being within walking distance of so many great spots - including gorgeous beach with chairs and umbrella already set up. Gorgeous pool just steps away - almost like it was a private pool it was so quiet and peaceful. Perfection!
