91 Grayton is a newly constructed home located in Grayton Beach, the soul of 30a. This home has been professionally decorated with southern coastal living in mind; complete with a full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and large farmhouse sink. Upon entering the home, you will come face-to-face with an open concept kitchen, living and dining area. This home is luxurious in every way. From the first floor to the second there are extra touches to complete your perfect vacation.

The dining room table seats 6 comfortably with four additional bar seats along the kitchen island, offers plenty of seating for the entire family.

The living room has a large comfortable sectional couch and two club chairs. The flat screen T.V. is perfect for watching your favorite movie or the big game.

The first floor master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen television. The private master bathroom has double vanities, a rainfall walk-in shower with gorgeous tile and a separate bathtub to soak in after a long day at the beach. 

Upon entering the second floor you will see off to your right the kids game room with daybed and twin trundle. A bit further down the hall you will find a bunk room with 2 bunk beds and one trundle, a total of 5 twin beds, with flat screen television. The bunkroom accesses a shared hall bath with shower/tub combination.

Finally, you enter the second king master suite with flat screen television and private bath dual vanities and walk-in shower. This master suite also has a private balcony to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

The property also has a grill next to the covered car port for all weather grilling options. The beach, Red Bar & Zoo Gallery are just 1.1 miles away. Enjoy the community pool only a few steps from the home.

    The master rooms downstairs and upstairs bedding Sheets never got change. Some of the drinking cups never got put in the dishwasher. Some of the plastic cup had lipstick on it.
